Board President

Kyrie Blaney

Kyrie Blaney works in the insurance industry, where she specializes in new business applications and client service and connects small business owners with the resources they need to grow. She's a committed advocate for women in entrepreneurship, regularly working with leaders across Wyoming to create spaces for education, mentorship, and connection. Outside of work, she's a powerlifter who spends her time outdoors and adventuring with her son. She believes strong communities are built when people are supported in chasing their ideas.

Board Treasurer / Secretary

Aubree Judge

Aubree Judge brings more than 23 years in banking, with deep knowledge of financial operations, customer service, and community-focused leadership. She's also given 17 years of service as secretary/treasurer for nonprofits around her rural community of Kemmerer, work that's shown her firsthand what businesses across Wyoming need to succeed and the challenges they face getting there. Having lived in Wyoming from a young age, she has a strong affinity for the rural way of life and the people who sustain it. Aubree believes that supporting the businesses at the heart of Wyoming's economy is essential to preserving the character of the state she calls home.

Michelle Struble

Michelle Struble is CFO/Controller at First State Bank, where she's spent 20 years and built deep expertise in financial operations. A graduate of Eastern Wyoming College and the University of Wyoming, she has served her community through Guernsey Economic Development and Tourism, Platte County Economic Development, and Platte County Main Street. She's driven by a simple belief: when you encourage business owners, your community grows into a place where families and tourists want to be. Michelle lives in Wheatland with her husband and three kids, and when she's not at a community event for the bank or the school, you'll find her camping, boating, or watching her kids play sports.

Victoria Curtis

Victoria Curtis is the Wyoming Community Manager for JPMorgan Chase, where she leads statewide work on financial health, small business support, and community partnerships. With more than a decade in banking, she's focused on expanding access to financial education and helping entrepreneurs build businesses that last. She has served on the board since December 2020, first as Treasurer and now as Board President, advancing funding, mentorship, and resources for small business owners across Wyoming. Outside of work, she enjoys Wyoming's outdoor lifestyle with her husband and their four children, and is deeply committed to the communities that make Wyoming home.

Cassie Hoover

Cassie Hoover is a fifth-generation Wyomingite who cares deeply about the strength and future of the communities that shaped her. Her career spans education, recreation management, workplace wellness, franchise management, and nonprofit resource development, giving her a real talent for connecting people, building partnerships, and creating programs that make communities healthier and more vibrant. She holds two bachelor's degrees and a Master of Education in Health and Wellness Education, and she believes in the power of education and mentorship to shape lives. Named to the inaugural Forty Under 40 class by the Wyoming Chamber of Commerce, Cassie brings that same dedication to community leadership to her work on the board. Outside of work, she's a proud wife and mom of two who loves the outdoors, cooking, and hosting the kind of gatherings that bring people together.

Rose Caiazzo

Rose is the founder of the Live Streaming Secrets Circle®, a private community that empowers women entrepreneurs to own the camera & establish their unique authority. With nearly two decades as an on-camera host, live emcee & voice over talent, she teaches business owners how to use high-impact, authentic messaging that converts watchers into buyers.

In 2007, Rose relocated to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she launched two trailblazing companies in social media & broadcasting — impact that later earned her an invitation to host a syndicated radio show. She now leverages that platform to champion, educate & mentor women business owners looking to scale by confidently stepping on camera as the face of their brand.

Outside of work, Rose is an avid world traveler who loves bagging peaks in the Tetons, mountain biking wild singletrack & paddleboarding the Snake River. She believes that when people own their authentic voice in business, they build resilient businesses essential to Wyoming's character & economy.

Executive Director

Eric Henderson

Eric Henderson, Executive Director of WyoMicro, is focused on expanding access to capital, strengthening partnerships, and supporting Wyoming entrepreneurs. His background spans business development, marketing, broadcasting, and nonprofit leadership, bringing a practical, collaborative approach to the role. As the owner of his own startup businesses and Director of Operations for federally licensed multimedia enterprises, Eric has a track record of helping organizations connect with their communities through strong communications, strategic planning, fundraising, and leadership.

Eric believes small businesses are vital to Wyoming's economy, and he works to support entrepreneurs through accessible lending, technical assistance, and strong partnerships. A longtime Wyoming resident, he remains committed to helping businesses grow and communities thrive across the state.

Abigaile Wolfe

Abigaile Wolfe moved to Wyoming from Indiana in late 2024, bringing a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship with her. She started her first business at 12, offering large-animal and livestock care across central Indiana, and because it wasn't pet-sitting, she called it "barn-sitting" and named the company The Barn-Babysitter. Running it shaped her work ethic and gave her hands-on experience that still guides her today as she completes a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Communications with a minor in Horticulture at the University of Wyoming. She's drawn to WyoMicro's work helping Wyoming business owners access the same kind of rewarding experience that shaped her own path. Abigaile looks forward to helping owners build the tools, confidence, and opportunities they need to grow.

Lending Director

Alexandria Smith

Alex Smith leads WyoMicro's microloan program, guiding it from the ground up and working directly with the small business owners it serves. Her years in both banking and nonprofits gave her a real feel for what small businesses need to borrow and grow, so she can tailor lending that fits each owner as closely as the business itself. She's been a small business owner herself, which means she gets the challenges and the opportunities from the inside, not just across a desk. Before this, she supported Wyoming businesses through COVID relief at the Small Business Administration, where her knack for building real relationships helped her find workable solutions for countless owners. A proud military spouse of over ten years, Alex has a well-earned talent for navigating obstacles, and she's spent plenty of time enjoying everything Wyoming has to offer.

Post-Loan Business Counselor

Stephanie Anderson

Stephanie is WyoMicro's Post-Loan Business Officer, providing ongoing support to microloan clients across the state. This is the heart of our client-for-life promise: she works one-on-one with business owners after the loan, helping them reach real growth, financial stability, and lasting success. Her background in both nonprofits and entrepreneurship means she gets the challenges small business owners face and meets them with empathy and practical solutions. Through her work on the Main Street Committee, she's helped build community projects that strengthen local economies and the businesses around them. A Wyoming native, Stephanie lives in Evanston with her husband and two kids and spends her free time hiking, paddleboarding, and exploring everything the state has to offer.
